Anna Luberda 8th Grade Literacy Teacher

Ms. Luberda graduated from Marquette University in 2010. She then spent a year of service in Pryor, Montana on the Crow Reservation teaching first grade as part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. This experience lead her to solidify her belief that all students deserve an exceptional education, no matter where they come from. She returned to Milwaukee and taught high school social studies for 8 years on the city’s North Side. In 2017, Ms. Luberda earned her Masters in Literacy Education from Concordia University. She decided to work at Aug Prep because of her love of literacy and teaching students in the city of Milwaukee. Ms. Luberda has a passion for social justice, history, the power of literacy, and the city of Milwaukee. She is excited to get to know and love the students in her 8th grade Literacy classes as well as to serve the entire Aug Prep and Milwaukee community.
