Coach Ben Aronin started coaching in 1998 while still in high school. It was because of the impact that his high school coaches made in his life that he decided he wanted to pursue coaching as a career. After 1 year in Grand Rapids coaching within a school district and with the Grand Rapids Flight (International Basketball League), he has spent the last 10 years in New Orleans LA.
