Jennifer Hamilton Director of Family and Community Engagement

Ms. Hamilton is the Director of Family and Community Engagement, a role dedicated to serving families through their educational journey. She is a 2013 graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin where she received a Bachelor’s in Business Communication, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Before joining the staff of St. Augustine Prep, Ms. Hamilton served in El Salvador at a K-12 school, Casa La Atarraya, as Dean of Students with a focus on Academic Development. Through her work in El Salvador she helped implement a coaching program for teachers, build a STEM curriculum for 6-12th grade, and open the first Digital Fabrication Laboratory for an Industrial Design high school program in Central America.
