Return to School and Virtual Learning Information

       COVID Reporting Form

Aug Prep is planning to be all in-person for the 2021-2022 school year. As of right now, we anticipate being mask-optional for both staff and students, encouraging those unvaccinated to wear masks. That said, we will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and work with state and local health and educational departments to make this transition a safe and smooth one.

We strongly encourage you and your family to get the COVID vaccination when you are eligible to do so. Individuals 12 and up are currently eligible. You can find information on where to find a COVID vaccine clinic here. If you have questions in the meantime, please submit your questions here.

Travel

The CDC says that “travel increases your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. Staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.” However, we recognize that sometimes travel is necessary. To keep our community safe, we have implemented the following travel policies.

Travel by Plane

Any student who travels by plane cannot come to school for 72 hours following their return. Students are expected to attend school virtually during this time, as travel quarantine is not an excused absence. Please make accommodations in advance when possible. You can report travel by:

-Call 414-810-1380

-Email bsiliezar@augprep.org

-Filling out this form

Travel by Car

Students traveling by car (no matter the destination) are not required to quarantine or to report their travel.
