Erika Baca Hernandez

Ms. Baca began her career in Milwaukee as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor at Cardinal Stritch University in 2018. In 2021 she was promoted to Assistant Director of Multicultural Admissions. There she gained experience working with students from all over Wisconsin and the U.S. helping guide them through the admissions process. She worked in depth with students and families from diverse backgrounds to prepare them for a future in higher education. Erika is excited to bring all her knowledge regarding college admissions to the students and families at Aug Prep. She is looking forward to guiding them as they plan for their future. 

Ms. Baca earned a Bachelor’s degree at Cardinal Stritch University in Psychology and Spanish, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership.
