Denver Lego
Ms. Lego is originally from Boerne, TX where she found her passion for teaching through a public high school program. She pursued this passion at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a focus in intercultural studies.
She loves learning about and exploring new places around the world which led her to work at Colegio Americano in Quito, Ecuador as a 5th grade teacher for her first two years of teaching. She believes working at an international school has allowed her to better understand English Language Learners and how to differentiate for their diverse set of needs. She believes that all children are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education.
Her goal is to create a safe environment where students can grow physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Ms. Lego is excited to join the St. Augustine Prep team and looks forward to pouring into the lives of students and families.
