Bryan Johnson
Mr. Johnson has spent 7 years teaching middle school math to young adults. His experiences range from 6th-8th grade, with classes ranging from Math Intervention, Pre Algebra, and Algebra.
Mr. Johnson grew up in a small town in Iowa. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Elementary/Middle-Level Education and a minor in K-8 Mathematics. His teaching career began in 2015 as a math interventionist for Des Moines Public Schools in Des Moines, Iowa.
He moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2016 and continued teaching 7th and 8th grade math across the Twin Cities Metro for 6 years before moving to Milwaukee in 2022. During his time in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro, he also earned his M.Ed from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota to further deepen his knowledge and craft in teaching.
Mr. Johnson is incredibly excited and blessed to have an opportunity to work with the students and families of Aug Prep!
