One School, Two Campuses

Our new campus will open with about 50 staff who are primarily at North. supported by dozens of Aug Prep team members who work at both campuses. Given the smaller size, North staff will work together to cover shared duties (arrival/dismissal, lunch, school events). In some areas, like specials, teachers will teach all grade levels. In wearing many hats, the North team will develop new skills and learn and grow quickly!

 

North team members have the same salary and benefit plans as our South campus team members. However, we know there will be an extra lift at least in our early years to get the new campus running successfully. In 26-27 we are planning for about 1.5 extra summer work weeks to launch North successfully; team members will be compensated for this time.
