TOTAL REWARDS PHILOSOPHY
Our compensation philosophy is pay-for-performance. We aim to both inspire and recognize team members who achieve agreed upon performance objectives, both at the individual as well as the team level. Performance objectives include measurable results compared against  predetermined goals and metrics, as well as qualitative aspects of performance such as demonstrating the Aug Prep Way. 
SALARY
Aug Prep pays competitive base salaries within
Milwaukee's education market. 
 
  Starting Salary  Average for 25-26
Lead teacher (including specials) $48,000 $58,000
Instructional assistant $35,000 $38,400
 
 
In determining starting salary, we utilize as many indicators of expected performance as possible. These might include demonstrated results someone brings from other working experiences (a portfolio of work, performance data, etc.) as well as information gathered during the interview process. Starting pay may vary from person to person at Aug Pre based on their experience, expected performance and position pay range. Once starting pay is determined, we use the annual salary evaluation to ensure each new hire is at a compensation level appropriate for their performance.
