Join a culture of feedback, support and growth. All Aug Prep employees receive personalized coaching! Our peer observation process allows instructional staff to receive feedback frequently and see the great work happening across the school.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Aug Prep is growing so we can serve more students. To succeed in our growth goals, we invest in "leveling up" our people. In addition to adding new roles, Aug Prep offers leadership opportunities like grade level and content lead roles, as well as programs like an emerging leaders program.
A PURPOSEFUL PATH
Every employee is eligible to participate in the "Invest in You" program, which provides up to $2,500 annually in tuition, training, conferences, and other professional growth opportunities. In 24-25 we invested about $400,000 in employee training and development!
You know your goals and ambitions best, we're here to support you in reaching them. Our "Forward Fueled" small groups let staff opt into professional development topics they find most valuable. "Prep U" days are staff-led mini-trainings covering a wide array of topics.
