Aug Prep Students Must:

_{3. Review the dress code found here and make sure that your planned attire is appropriate for Aug Prep's prom.}

If you are bringing a Guest from another school you must:

_{1. Purchase a ticket for your guest for $50 by April 27th.}
_{2. Have your guest's parent/guardian complete this form by April 21st.}

_{3. Have your guest's principal complete this form by April 21st.}
