Iris Cuadrado

Mrs. Cuadrado has experience working in early childhood and elementary education, supporting students from K4
through second grade. She has worked closely with young learners to develop their language, social, and academic skills, and is passionate about creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Mrs. Cuadrado is proud of her bilingual background and enjoys using both Spanish and
English to connect with her students and their families. She is dedicated to helping students build confidence, develop foundational skills, and feel supported in their learning environment.

Mrs. Cuadrado believes that God has called her to serve in the field of education, and she strives to reflect her faith
through kindness, patience, and dedication each day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and
continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She is excited to be part of the Aug Prep community and looks forward to supporting students, teachers, and families.
