Glendale, Wisconsin, August 2026 -- - St. Augustine Preparatory Academy (Aug Prep), a high-performing K4-12 Christian school, is proud to partner with Elior School Dining for healthy and nutritious dining experiences at its new North campus opening this month!

Well known for its reputation in serving scratch-made meals, Elior will prepare fresh and high-quality breakfast and lunch to over 2,700 students on both Aug Prep South and North campuses.  

Elior is also a trusted dining partner that delivers beyond the plate.   From planning efficient cafeteria operations during new school construction to creating innovative dining experiences, Elior creates a customized hospitality program for each school. “We appreciated Elior’s custom approach, unique menus and hospitality that elevate the dining experience for our students daily,“ said Aug Prep CFO Brian Frank.

A robust promotional portfolio will complement dining offerings while engaging students with Elior program such as: So Good, a unique program that highlights seasonal produce monthly; BeWell, Elior’s health and wellness platform, that offers additional healthier options and nutrition education to students at each grade level; and Global Bites, featuring authentic recipes from around the world!  Students will also have access to Elior registered dietitians, who will provide menu planning support for specialized diets as well as nutrition counseling.
