We have two on-site therapists through Christian Family Solutions. They are available to provide therapy for our students. Referrals for the therapists go through the social work department.
Sixteenth Street Clinic

United Way: Empowering Minds
Aug Prep is proud to be a recipient of United Way's Teen Mental Wellness: Empowering Minds grant program. Through the program, we receive resources, including coaching and financial support, as we work toward building a comprehensive school mental health system and becoming an Empowering Minds School of Distinction. With these resources, we are focused on reducing stigma, increasing awareness of and access to mental health services, increasing mental health literacy, and creating healthier school and home environments for our students, staff, and families.
The Lions' Paw: Peer Advocates for Wellness
The Lion's PAW is a committee of high school students who serve as advocates for mental well-being in both high school and middle school. These student advocates take on leadership roles in promoting wellness initiatives and mentoring younger peers. The program aims to foster a supportive school community where students feel empowered to prioritize their mental health and well-being.
