Dear Aug Prep Parents,

As part of our partnership with the City of Milwaukee Health Department, Aug Prep follows every guideline according to our safety plan. This allows us to keep our doors open to in-person learning and we are proud to say that the measures we have used - including social distancing, wearing masks and cleaning - have kept the spread of COVID-19 out of Aug Prep.  With that in mind, we would like to make you aware of a change in protocol.

This week the Milwaukee Health Department let us know that the use of temperature checks is no longer required. Therefore, starting on Monday, 4/26, check-in at arrival will only require the scan of your student’s barcode making sure students are clear to enter. In addition, you will continue to be asked a few questions each day making sure everyone is healthy at home.

All other procedures and policies remain in place. Please continue to adhere to safe practices, such as washing your hands, wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please report them using this form.

We will continue to provide an excellent education to your student(s) in the safest way possible. Thank you for your partnership in keeping Aug Prep safe.

Let your voice be heard, Complete the Family Survey!

Dear Aug Prep Families,

We are so thankful for your partnership as we continue to navigate such an unusual school year. We appreciate all you have done to support your student(s), and Aug Prep staff on this journey.

You may recall that we sent a survey in December. We use this data to get your insight into Aug Prep and direct our next steps. We use the results to find needed resources, enhance communication, go deeper with areas of success and drive changes. Our families are Aug Prep’s most important partner in our students’ education!

Please take some time to fill out the survey. Remember that the survey is anonymous unless you place your name in the comments. (Please add your name and contact information in the survey if you would like specific follow-up regarding something.)

There will be an opportunity in this survey to answer questions by school level - you only need to fill out this survey ONCE regardless of how many students you have at Aug Prep.

Please fill out the survey (English version) here by May 4

Thank you for your partnership.

Your City. Your School. Aug Prep.
