Application Process

What To Expect During The Application Process

The application process at St. Augustine Prep mirrors the in-school environment: a holistic review of your background, goals and professional practice, along with a multi-stage interview process to ensure your personal and professional goals align with the Aug Prep mission.

We encourage professional educators of varying backgrounds to apply. We are targeting multi-faceted individuals who are not only skilled practitioners, but passionate classroom managers and early-adopters of best practices, such as education technology and the fundamentals of blended, personalized learning. We currently have available positions for both master teachers and new educators and offer compensation and benefits that meet your needs and experience.

  1. This process could be modified depending on the urgency of the position and/or the candidate’s availability.
  2. We encourage candidates to speak with their supervisors after they are invited to step 5 of the process (demo lesson). Our school will not extend offers unless a member of our administrative team speak with the candidate’s supervisor.
  3. Our school will not extend an offer unless a candidate has successfully completed this process with our HR Department. Candidates will be officially staffed with our organization after they complete the onboarding process (background check, physical exam, etc.).
