Enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year will be completed in three steps.

The first step is to complete the school application by clicking the link above. This will take approximately 15 minutes to complete per student. The Enrollment Department will review your application and follow-up with any questions and information regarding the second step of the enrollment process, which is to secure funding.

Who needs to apply?

Everyone must apply. Current students intending to return and new students.

What documents do I need to apply?

New students will need to provide a report card. All students will need:  Household information -- address and phone numbers.  Parent information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses, health insurance information. Student information -- demographic and health/medication information. Doctor/Dentist information -- name and phone numbers. Emergency contact -- phone numbers, addresses.

When does the application window begin?

The application window for enrollment in the 2022-2023 school year opens Monday, September 13th, 2021.

Note- Funding is separate and has separate windows. See funding information below for more information.

When does the application window end?

Applications will be processed on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted through April, however we make no guarantee of seats.

How do I apply?

You must apply to the school online at the link at the top of the page.

We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer, however, mobile devices have been used successfully. We estimate it will take about 15 minutes to complete the application per student.

How long does it take to review documents?

Applications will be reviewed monthly. Applications requiring additional information will be reached out to using the email provided in the application. All others should receive a response at the end of the month, beginning in October.

Note- The Aug Prep application is separate from your funding application. You do not need to wait for your response letter in order to apply for funding. Please go forward with your funding application while awaiting your determination from the school.

If I receive an acceptance letter does that mean I am finished?

No! You have completed Step 1 of the 3 step enrollment process. Step 2 is securing funding. Most students secure funding by applying for Choice or SNSP. To accept your seat at Aug Prep (Step 3) you must confirm you have funding.

Do I need funding?

Yes! The Aug Prep application is not a funding application. All applicants will also need to apply for funding through the Parental Choice Program, Special Needs Scholarship Program, or pay full tuition. Click here for more information on funding options.

Which funding program should I apply for?

If your student has an active IEP you must apply for the Special Needs Scholarship Program, contact enrollment@augprep.org to begin the process today.

If your student does not have an IEP and you meet the income requirements set here, then you should apply for the Parental Choice Program.

If your student does not have an IEP, and you do not meet the income requirements, you will need to pay tuition, contact enrollment@augprep.org for a tuition agreement to secure your seat today.

When do I apply for funding?

The Parental Choice Program opens February 1st, 2022 and closes February 21st, 2022 for Milwaukee residents. The Special Needs Scholarship Program requires a meeting with our Student Services Director and must be scheduled as soon as possible, contact enrollment@augprep.org to schedule a meeting.

Can I accept my seat over the phone?

No, seat acceptances must be in writing on paper or in email to enrollment@augprep.org (email is preferred) or via the google form provided. A funding agreement must be confirmed by the required acceptance of acceptance date. You must secure a scholarship from the state or complete a tuition agreement in order to accept the acceptance.

Do I need to submit an online application at all?

Yes! Everyone must submit an online application.

Does my child need a certain GPA to apply?

A certain GPA is not required to apply, however Aug Prep reserves the right to place your child in the appropriate grade for your child's abilities. A certain GPA is required in order to be promoted to the next grade.

Do you accept students with IEPs?

Yes, we have the ability to service certain individualized education plans. Please contact enrollment@augprep.org to schedule a mandatory meeting with our student services director about your student's education plan.

Note- Due to the State's timeline of the Special Needs Scholarship Program, a funding determination will not be available until after July. For this reason, we strongly encourage families new to SNSP secure a backup plan in advance of receiving the determination.

Do siblings get any priority?

Siblings of current students do receive a preferential placement, however, order in which applications are received gives the strongest preference.

Step 2 Funding

2022-2023 MILWAUKEE/WISCONSIN CHOICE PROGRAM

The 2022-2023 Milwaukee Choice open enrollment for the rest of the begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the 20th of the same month. Applications can be started in February.

The 2022-2023 Wisconsin Choice open enrollment began Monday, February 1st and ends Thursday, April 15th.

If you qualify for the Choice program and have been selected with a Choice seat at Augustine Preparatory Academy, the cost of tuition is covered in full through this program.

Tuition Program

Families that do not qualify for the Milwaukee Parent Choice Program (MPCP) or for the Wisconsin Parent Choice Program (WPCP) have the option to pay tuition to attend St. Augustine Preparatory Academy.

Tuition for 2022-2023 is:

Grades K4-8: $9,500.00

Grades 9-12: $10,000.00

Families may choose to pay tuition in full by August 1st or use our quarterly payment plan.

If you are interested in attending the school but do not qualify for Choice (MPCP or WPCP), please complete this tuition agreement form. Please complete a separate form for each student interested in attending our school. We will contact you with further details regarding the non-refundable deposit and any other required documents for enrollment.
