Margaret Daigneau Elementary School Assistant Principal

Ms. Daigneau grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and attended Butler University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. After college, she returned to Wisconsin and began her career as a first-grade teacher at a charter school in Milwaukee. During the following 18 years, she worked with children in kindergarten through fifth grade in charter, public, and private school settings while also coaching high school athletics.

Ms. Daigneau earned a master’s degree focused on reading instruction because she is passionate about language arts. As a classroom teacher, Ms. Daigneau recognized potential in every student and worked to equip each student with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to positively contribute to society. As an administrator, she aims to support, encourage, and inspire teachers and students alike. As a Christian, she feels called to guide children and young people to know and love the Lord, to seek after His righteousness, and to live a life that reflects their faith commitment.

In her free time, Ms. Daigneau enjoys spending time with her parents, siblings, and 13 nieces and nephews; exercising and watching sports; and fellowshipping with friends. She is very pleased to be a part of the St. Augustine Prep community.
