2021-2022 Annual Report

We are a few months into our sixth school year and I cannot help but stop to reflect on how far we have come. I find myself humbled and inspired by the incredible ways the Aug Prep community continually comes together and rises to every occasion. Our North Star as a school is to instill hope by equipping our students to glorify God. Every day, grounded in our North Star and four pillars of faith, family, academics, and athletics and arts, we work to serve and empower our students to be tomorrow’s leaders.

We cannot do this work alone. It is because of many hands and God’s will that the Aug Prep community has accomplished so much. I find hope in Ecclesiastes 4:12, “A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Here at Aug Prep, this passage could not be more relevant. The Aug Prep community is composed of various strands - students, families, teachers, staff, alumni, community partners, donors and advocates - who, when brought together, make our community its strongest. All of these strands weave together, creating transformative results. We are stronger together.

We just received notification of Aug Prep’s second five star “significantly exceeds expectations” report card (per the

Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction). However, we did not achieve five stars alone. Our students and staff worked hard this past year. Our parents walked with us as partners in this work. Our supporters gave generously of their time, talent and treasures. The Aug Prep community is stronger because YOU are a part of it and believe in us.

In only five short years, we have accomplished some incredible milestones that often take schools decades to achieve. My hope is that you are inspired by the progress and the incredible stories of our students and alumni. They are our future – and the future is bright! Thank you for walking with us on this journey.

With gratitude,
