Responsible for our core instructional program, the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) works with leaders and instructional staff to ensure Aug Prep students are growing academically, socially, and emotionally. Leading a small team at an organizational/network level, the CAO fosters a mindset of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. With a deep passion for and expertise in standards- driven instruction, the CAO is a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven leader who takes initiative to solve problems and pursue opportunities, seeking to meet the needs of all Aug Prep students on the pathway to achieving their full potential.

The Aug Prep South Campus Head of School has the opportunity to step into leadership of Aug Prep’s founding campus already serving students, families and staff. We are looking for a leader fully committed to the Aug Prep model and priorities, someone seeking to deepen the already strong work and impact established. As the face of the school, the Head of School is responsible for implementing Aug Prep’s mission, North Star, and academic and organizational priorities across the South Campus, maintaining and growing a strong Christ-centered staff as well as a school culture that equips students to become leaders of tomorrow.

 

SOUTH CAMPUS HEAD OF SCHOOL

 

St. Augustine Preparatory Academy (Aug Prep) is seeking a Senior Program Director who loves Jesus, believes in gifts and capabilities of ALL children, and has a passion for supporting the whole child through the arts, athletics, clubs and college/career programs.  Reporting to the President, the Senior Program Director will work closely with the Leadership Team to execute the organization's mission and strategy, facilitate communication and relationships across various departments and partners, and develop creative solutions that drive Aug Prep’s mission and North Star forward. The Senior Program Director will directly supervise four leadership team members, each of whom will have teams of their own - the Athletic Directors at each campus, the College and Career Director, and the Arts Director - and be responsible for leading, supervising, and overseeing Aug Prep co-curriculars including arts programming, athletics, clubs and college/career programs that run at two campuses that will ultimately serve over 4,000 students K4-12.  This leader will play a key role in our work to serve and equip the whole child – igniting and growing their minds, bodies and hearts.
