so I I am a great example of that girl and how they support that girl cuz I am finishing my degree in education and that's thanks to a grab so when I was looking what to study what to do some asked me do you want to go to school do you want to finish your degree medication I was like and I was immediately yes that's what I want and the school is I need to grow to be better to have my degree and I know that I can give more to the kids and because of that I would say that all purpose supported my girls in my development by pushing me even into space in areas that I may not have seen for myself in the moment but they saw for me sometimes my boss is Ray would have envisioned for me that I didn't even have myself yet and so for example one of the added responsibilities I've been given this past school year is to help coordinate our Chapel programming it was something that I didn't put specifically asked for but it was something that my leadership saw in me and thought I'd be good in gifted at doing and they can I brought me into the power we think you'd be good at this and we we Mike towns you and like to see you growing and do even more in the space and I'll be able to do it as definitely challenged me would also help grow me both personally and professionally so they often push you even in ways that you may not see but they they can see for you down the road
