Kelsey Brenn

Ms. Brenn is one of Aug Prep’s founding leaders, joining the team before Aug Prep even had a building! Our founding CFO, Ms. Brenn is a licensed CPA who brings business expertise from the Milwaukee office of professional services firm Ernst & Young where she worked as an auditor. Ms. Brenn graduated from both Marquette University and Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Master’s in Accounting, respectively. In her time at Aug Prep, she’s worn many hats and today serves as Chief People Officer in which she oversees human resources, development, outreach, communication/marketing, and family engagement. In addition, one of Ms. Brenn’s favorite roles is coaching the high school debate team. Ms. Brenn has been recognized for her work through awards like 40 Under 40, CFO of the Year, and the Philanthropic Five. Beyond Aug Prep, Ms. Brenn is very involved in the community and serves on the Board of Directors of MEDC, Leading Change Africa, and the Alpha Sigma Nu Milwaukee Alumni Club. A mom to three (current lions and future lions!), Ms. Brenn enjoys spending time with her family, running, and eating great food.
