Rebecca Reyes-Clement

Rebecca has lived in Milwaukee, WI, her whole life, growing up on Milwaukee's near Southside. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned her Early Childhood Special Education license in 2005. She also has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Upper Iowa University and an associate degree in Human Services from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She most recently earned a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a master’s degree in Administration and School Leadership from Alverno College in 2022. She has surpassed her 25th year in the field of education and has experience teaching and leading in public, charter, and private schools in Milwaukee.

She enjoys being outdoors (hiking, camping, running) and spending time with her family and pets. She is also active in Scouting America. She loves giving back and serving in her home community. She is grateful that she can live her faith out loud at St. Augustine Prep to help guide students to be the best they can be academically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Her teaching philosophy is inspired by the quote by Ignacio Estrada — “If a child can't learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.”

Her Favorite Bible verse: "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain. Move…and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20
