Widalys Rivera

Ms. Rivera was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised on Milwaukee’s South Side. After graduating from South Division High School, she began her career with Milwaukee Public Schools as an administrative assistant in 2002. Her love for serving children and families eventually led her into the classroom and, later, into ministry.
Ms. Rivera now serves as the Spiritual Life and Discipleship Coordinator at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy. She is proud to have served the Aug Prep community since its founding. In her role, she supports students’ spiritual growth, coordinates chapel experiences, and helps create opportunities for students, staff, and families to grow in their faith.
Ms. Rivera earned a master’s degree in Biblical Studies from Midwest Bible College and is a licensed chaplain. She considers it a blessing to help prepare the next generation of leaders and believers in Christ. Her faith in Jesus, love for children, and heart for serving others are at the center of the work she does each day.
She is grateful to continue serving the students, staff, families, and greater community of Aug Prep.
