Kimberly Poe
Kimberly Poe has faithfully served as an educator in the city of Milwaukee for sixteen years. She began her vocation in education at Urban Day School, where she served as Dean of Students for four years.
From 2015 to 2021, Kimberly continued her leadership journey as Dean of Students at Pilgrim Lutheran School. She later served as Assistant Principal at Northwest Lutheran School, where she further cultivated her passion for student formation and educational leadership.
Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing, both from Concordia University. She also earned a Master of Arts in Religious Studies with an emphasis in Systematic Theology, along with a certificate in Urban Ministry from Cardinal Stritch University. In 2024, she completed her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Baylor University, further equipping her to serve with excellence in faith-based education.
In July 2022, Kimberly joined the St. Augustine Preparatory Academy family as the Middle School Assistant Principal. The following year, in July 2023, she was appointed as the Director of Faith and Culture. Kimberly embraces this role as a calling—an opportunity to serve students, families, faculty, and the broader community by nurturing both academic excellence and spiritual formation.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kimberly serves faithfully in her local church, where she is actively engaged in evangelism, teaching, and preaching. She finds joy in spending time with her family and friends, attending musical events, and sharing her voice through public motivational speaking.
