Asia Nelson

Ms. Nelson holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University. She brings a strong background in mental health support, including experience in a group counseling center for bereaved children, a youth shelter, and a domestic violence shelter supporting survivors.

 

As the Social Work Team Lead and the Lionettes Dance Coach at Aug Prep, Ms. Nelson is passionate about supporting the whole student—mind, body, and spirit. She believes every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

 

Outside of work, Ms. Nelson enjoys spending time in nature, reading, attending church, listening to Taylor Swift, and being with her family and friends. She is proud to be part of the Aug Prep community!
