Alec Lenczner-Bagdasarian
Mr Lenczner-Bagdasarian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Health Science and a certificate in therapeutic recreation. He spent 2 years working in Racine Unified School District as a long term sub teaching 7th and 8th grade ELA. He earned a post bac degree in Education with a minor in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He then spent 4 years working in Milwaukee Public School's teaching 6th-8th grade Mathematics.
This will now be his 3rd year at Aug Prep and he will be teaching 8th grade math and algebra. Mr. Lenczner-Bagdasarian's favorite part of teaching is building relationships with students and families while holding students to a high standard. He believes strongly in the mission and values of Aug Prep and feels so much gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the middle school team and make a positive impact in our community.
In his free time, Alec enjoys savoring ribeye steaks, spending time with dogs, cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, sipping coffee, playing golf, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
