Tiffany Engibous-Cameron

Tiffany Cameron has dedicated over a decade to urban education, driven by her passion for student success and leadership development. She began her career in customer service with an air transportation company before discovering her true calling in education. Shortly after graduating from college, she transitioned to teaching high school in Milwaukee, where she also coached varsity volleyball.

During her teaching career, Tiffany taught Government, Sociology, and History before stepping into leadership roles. She served as Dean of Students and Principal in Racine, overseeing two schools for more than nine years. Under her leadership, the schools achieved the highest DPI report card rating in Racine for two consecutive years. Additionally, she worked as a Regional Director, coaching and developing school leaders. Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, is certified in curriculum and instruction, and holds a principal’s license. She has a deep passion for continuous learning and personal growth.

Tiffany grew up in Oak Creek, WI, and has remained deeply connected to the Milwaukee and Racine communities. She is passionate about serving both God and others, having participated in multiple overseas mission trips to Africa and Central America. She firmly believes that every person has God-given potential and a calling to serve.

Beyond her work in education, Tiffany has served as a teaching pastor and music leader at her church, where her love for Jesus shines through. She is honored to serve as Chief of Schools at Aug Prep, where she is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through education.

Above all, Tiffany is a devoted wife and a proud mom of twins. Balancing motherhood and leadership has strengthened her commitment to high-quality education and community engagement, while deepening her appreciation for the blessings and challenges of raising children while serving others.
