Lateff Altson

Lateff Alston is a dynamic, results-driven leader with over 25 years of experience in education, human services, youth programs, healthcare, and communications. Recognized for initiatives that elevate organizational visibility and foster strong community connections, he’s a passionate advocate for youth development and educational equity. His expertise lies in aligning communications, outreach, and instruction to inspire change and lasting impact.

 

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI—with family roots in Kosciusko, Mississippi—Lateff holds a Master of Divinity from Grace Christian College and Theological Institute. His faith journey began early, accepting Jesus Christ as a child and answering God’s call on his life. He’s served in multiple ministry roles, including youth minister, men’s ministry director, and music ministry director, guided by his belief that “apart from Him, I am nothing.”

 

Grounded in service and leadership, Lateff strives to glorify God in every endeavor—whether mentoring youth, leading community efforts, or inspiring others through worship.

Off the clock, Lateff loves being a father to his five kiddos. He enjoys “ol-Skool” Shaw Brothers kung fu movies, restoring classic BMX bikes, and collaborating with his wife, Kara, on their voice-over business.
