Esteban Tinajero

With experience in college and career development, psychology research,
Esteban Tinajero serves as a High School College & Career Advisor, where he brings his
passion for mentorship and teaching to passionately support students in navigating their
academic and professional journeys.

Mr.Tinajero earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where
he was actively involved in several impactful organizations including the Student Honors
Program, King Chavez Scholars, McNair Scholars, Undergraduate Research Program, and the
Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. His time at UW-Whitewater was marked by a deep engagement
in research and student development, which laid the foundation for his career in education and
support services.

Prior to joining Aug Prep, Mr.Tinajero worked as an Education and Employment Specialist,
gaining valuable experience in both academic advising and career readiness programming.
A proud Milwaukee native, Mr. Tinajero is inspired by Aug Prep’s mission to nurture the whole
child and is devoted to empowering students in achieving their goals. As a Christian he strives
to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose in every interaction.
