Crystal Flenorl

Crystal Flenorl is a strategic and results-driven leader with 20 years of experience advancing community engagement, brand strategy and philanthropy across corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining St. Augustine Preparatory Academy, she served as Director of Community Engagement and Enterprise Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Aurora Health Care, where she led enterprise-wide strategies to advance health equity, community alignment, community investments and workforce development.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Marquette University. She also holds a leadership certificate from Cardinal Stritch’s African American Leadership Program (AALP). 

Recognized among the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and Madison365’s 44 Most Influential African Americans in Wisconsin, Crystal is very active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The Links, Incorporated and Tempo Milwaukee.

She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Diante, and daughter, Eden.
