Rebecca Hallebach
Becky Hallebach serves as Athletic Director at St. Augustine Prep, where she leads a comprehensive K4–12 athletic program rooted in competitive excellence, character formation, and Christ-centered leadership. With a diverse background spanning academic leadership, classroom instruction, and competitive athletics, Becky brings a holistic and systems-driven approach to building sustainable athletic programs.
Prior to her role in athletic leadership, Becky served as an Assistant Principal, Director or Curriculum and Instruction and Dean of Instruction, where she led curriculum initiatives, faculty development, and school-wide systems designed to strengthen student achievement and organizational excellence. Her experience as both an elementary and middle school teacher gives her a deep understanding of student development across grade levels — a perspective that directly informs her vision for long-term athlete growth and program alignment.
In addition to her educational leadership experience, Becky has coached varsity soccer and competed at the collegiate level. These experiences shaped her passion for discipline, teamwork, and high performance standards. She understands firsthand the commitment required to compete at a high level and is dedicated to building clear developmental pathways from foundational skills through varsity competition.
At St. Augustine Prep, Becky prioritizes coach development, measurable performance benchmarks, strong communication systems, and a culture grounded in integrity and servant leadership. She believes athletics are a powerful extension of the school’s faith-based mission — developing resilience, leadership, and spiritual character in student-athletes.
Outside of her professional role, Becky is a devoted wife and mother to two young daughters. Her commitment to faith, family, and community deeply influences her leadership style and fuels her passion for creating an athletic program that supports and uplifts the entire school family.
Her vision is to cultivate a program that strengthens school-wide unity, honors Christ through competition, and prepares students for lifelong impact both on and off the field.
