Quinton Bonds

Quinton Bonds is a results-driven, student-centered leader with a strong track record in
education, youth development, and school community engagement. Known for his ability to
re-energize student culture and build meaningful connections among scholars, staff, and
families, Quinton has led initiatives that elevate student voice, strengthen school identity, and
drive participation in programs that extend beyond the classroom. His leadership reflects a
balance of strategy and heart; grounded in relationship-building, accountability, and a clear
focus on outcomes.

At the center of his life and leadership is his relationship with God, which guides his purpose,
decision-making, and commitment to service. Quinton strives to lead with humility, faith, and
integrity, believing that his work is part of a greater calling to uplift and empower others. He
approaches each opportunity with intentionality, always focused on creating lasting impact while
bringing others along in the process.

Quinton holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a Master’s
degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
Outside of his professional work, Quinton enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and
spending quality time with friends and family. He values growth, connection, and living a life that
reflects both purpose and gratitude.
