Ekaterina Grimm

Masters of Social Work in December 2024. Throughout both her educational journey and professional career, her Christian-based education has played a significant role in shaping her values, compassion, and commitment to serving others. Having attended Christian schools from K4 through eighth grade and earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Christian institutions, Ms. Grimm is passionate about supporting students with care, integrity, and faith-centered values. 

Before joining the school community, Ms. Grimm worked as a Care Coordinator at St. Charles Youth & Family Services from 2021 to 2025, where she partnered with youth and families to provide individualized support and connect them with resources to help them thrive. She later expanded her experience at Advocates4U, serving individuals through the IRIS program and working closely with the geriatric population. Her diverse background has given her extensive experience supporting individuals across all stages of life while strengthening her passion for helping children and families succeed.

Ms. Grimm holds certifications in SAT-IT, Substance Abuse, and Trauma-Informed Care, allowing her to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based support to students and families. She believes that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Outside of her professional role, Ms. Grimm enjoys staying active in her church community, taking road trips to her family's cabin up north, walking her dog, Bentley, and spending quality time with family and friends. A former competitive gymnast, she now enjoys giving back to the sport as a gymnastics coach of 10+ years. Ms. Grimm is excited to be part of the school community and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff while helping every child grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
