Natalia Flores

Natalia Flores, of Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage, was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing and began her professional career in the fashion
industry. After becoming a mother, Natalia made the intentional decision to step away from her career
to focus on her first ministry—raising her son. She relocated to Florida to embrace motherhood and
raise her son in the sunshine state.

Following a season of life changes, Natalia felt called by God to a new assignment that ultimately
brought her back to her roots in Milwaukee. Her journey into education began as a homeschooling
mother and teacher, an experience that sparked a deep passion for teaching and mentorship. For the
past four years, she has continued to grow in the field of education and has loved every moment of
guiding and supporting young learners.

Natalia is passionate about raising up future leaders and is committed to making a meaningful impact
in the lives of children while empowering families to live Christ-centered lives. Students often
describe her as charismatic, down-to-earth, stylish, and relatable—qualities that help her connect
authentically with those she serves.

She is excited for the opportunity to be part of the team at St. Augustine Prep and looks forward to
contributing to a community dedicated to faith, academic excellence, and the holistic development of
students.
