Onika Horton is a dedicated Human Resources professional passionate about creating positive workplace experiences and helping organizations build strong, people-centered cultures. With experience in HR operations, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS, payroll, and compliance, she brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to her work.

Onika holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development with a focus in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management with a minor in Adult Education. She enjoys improving processes, supporting people, and finding innovative ways to make work more efficient.

Outside of work, Onika enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and creating meaningful memories together.
