Marcie James

Mrs. James earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.  She has been teaching on the southside of Milwaukee for over two decades.  She is passionate about building relationships with students and their families.  Mrs. James believes that with a strong support system behind them, all students are capable of learning and succeeding.  She wants all students to reach their full potential and be the best versions of themselves.

Mrs. James has been married to her husband for 18 years.  She has two teenage sons who both love sports.  When not at work, she can often be found cheering them on at their games.  Mrs. James can often be found hanging out with her dog, Wemby Rose, doing yoga, working out at the gym, shopping, reading books, or binge watching a documentary on Netflix.
