Mikala Schuster

Mikala is excited to open a new chapter of her life by helping students learn and grow! She grew up in Billings, Montana, and has gone to multiple religious college preparatory schools since kindergarten.

Mikala graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2026 with a Bachelor's in Film and History. It wasn't until college that she came to faith, and since then, she has been inspired to help kids who may be in similar shoes she was once in by being open to different questions and discussions. As a fellow teacher, she looks forward to seeing God's work in an academic space and helping students in whatever way she can. 

When not working, you can find Mikala playing volleyball, helping her friends and roommates on different film sets, getting coffee, watching a movie, or going for a walk with her loved ones. During the summer, Mikala works within the National Park Service as a Ranger Naturalist and can be found hiking and sharing fun history facts at her respective parks.
