Gabriela Antrop-Colon
Originally from Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, Ms. Gabriela was raised in Milwaukee and is a proud graduate of Milwaukee High School of the Arts. She later earned her Associate of Arts degree from Saint Paul College in Minnesota before returning home to continue her work in education.
Ms. Gabriela joined St. Augustine Preparatory Academy in 2023 and feels truly blessed to be part of a school community grounded in faith and love. With nearly a decade of experience in early childhood and elementary education, she approaches each day with optimism and a deep desire to walk alongside her students as they grow.
She believes that every child is a reflection of God’s image: uniquely created, deeply loved, and worthy of care. Her hope is to foster a classroom environment where students feel safe, known, and encouraged to grow not only in knowledge, but in confidence, faith, and character.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Gabriela enjoys baking, singing, journaling, and spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of two daughters and one son, and considers motherhood to be a daily reminder of God’s goodness.
Ms. Gabriela is honored to serve the students and families of the Aug Prep community and looks forward to growing in partnership with them.
