Gillian Weesner

Gillian Weesner joined the Aug Prep Team in the fall of 2025 as a High School Fellow, working primarily with the math department. She grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, where she attended Glenbard South High School. She then attended Marquette University, graduating with two Bachelors of Science, one in Math and the other in Secondary Education, both with Honors.

 

Gillian has worked as a Camp Counselor in Illinois, and as a Resident Assistant and Facilities Manager at Marquette University. She also had the opportunity to work at multiple schools across Milwaukee through her time at Marquette. Her favorite position was spending a semester in the math department at Aug Prep in the fall of 2024!

 

Gillian is excited to be a part of the Aug Prep team! She is excited to help every student grow academically, socially, and spiritually. She has a passion for math and helping students see that math is an art form, with thinking patterns applicable to every subject and walk of life. Outside of school, she loves to read, watch the latest shows on TV, and go to different coffee shops with her friends!
