IMPORTANT DATES
Back-to-School Kickoff & Picture Day: August 12 from 4:00 - 7:00pm & August 13 from 8:00 - 10:00am
Families will have the opportunity to:
- Meet your child's teacher
- Drop off school supplies
- Visit the Resource Fair
- Have your student's school photo taken

Bridge Day: August 17-18, 2026
Bridge Day is designed to help new students and rising 6th and 9th grade students prepare for a successful start to the school year at Aug Prep. During this special event, students will connect with classmates, meet staff, learn about their new grade-level experience, and receive important information to help them feel confident and ready for the first day of school.

- To help our K4 students transition smoothly into the school year, students will attend on the following dates based on their last name:
August 19: Last names A–G
August 20: Last names H–M
August 21: Last names N–Z
All K4 First Day of School: August 24, 2026
SOUTH CAMPUS SCHOOL HOURS
Students may enter the building at 7:10am
K4-5th school starts at 7:45am
6-12th school starts at 8am
K4-5th dismissal starts at 2:55pm
6-12th dismisses at 3:35pm
ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL
To help ensure a safe, efficient, and smooth arrival and dismissal process for all families, please follow the designated traffic pattern shown on the map.
- Follow the designated traffic flow. Please do not create a third traffic lane. Doing so is unsafe and puts students, staff, and families at risk. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
- Remain in your vehicle during drop-off. For the safety of everyone, parents and guardians should not exit their vehicle to drop off students in the middle of the roadway.
- Be a good neighbor. Please do not block residential driveways or neighboring properties. If you need to enter the building, please park in the designated visitor parking lot.
- Families with students in multiple buildings: If you have children in both the Elementary School and the Middle or High School, please use the Elementary School drop-off lane for all students. Middle and High School students should then walk to the High School building.
