I love the gym I was at home but was at work still school I was still working there and I saw the message Colonel stretches closing I got to get to the rest of today you could have heard a pin drop on that campus cuz we were all been shot in denial and I think it was quiet the rest of the time that week are like in disbelief finding out they close as a current student what's like I I I just realize I didn't know what to do I was completely baffled I'd forced to turn and I had created such close relationships with my professor and other staff members and all the sudden this huge massive part of my life was for the next few days it was it was just like almost like experiencing the death like you just got a notice of his death so it looks like that it hurt the first feeling I get is too sad I'm like I'm never going to be able to drive by there and one day she'll my kids and be like this is where I went to school this is why I took classes where this and this happened it is to walk through the teachers and professors for Salix as a student we all just assumed a developer bought it that's sad that that campus it'll just become Apartments it'll become something else and then my thought a little while after that I was like, if only there was somebody that decided to school I've got this email and I clicked on it and I immediately like had the opposite reaction of like is this really happen crazy and cool is it that we got work here another institution that's all about how can we Empower Youth and education and faith in service my mentality shifted instead of like this is ending this is / 2 this is a new beginning and I happen to be able to work at the place where you know it's all kind of starting is why God gives you an opportunity to be able to sell the right back and what was that into us think I would have to acknowledge to the Cardinal Stritch community that we lost something great that shock and frustration and kind of really sadness that said in her initially was kind of alleviated by this potential what's yet to be, and what great work can continue to happen on that soil
