Aug Prep is a Christian school that is not affiliated with a specific denomination or church. For our students, we are "missional" and have no religious requirements, however we seek staff who are engaging in an intentional walk with Jesus. Our team members come from a variety of faith backgrounds. We're not looking for a "perfect" faith walk - most of our staff have wrestled with their faith. Through the ups and downs, all Aug Prep employees are united in actively pursuing a personal relationship with Jesus.
SERVING THE WHOLE CHILD
We are a school; academics will always be a priority, but we know our students are more likely to succeed when they are exposed to arts, athletics, and given a social environment to thrive. In collaboration with our social workers, our college counselors, and the rest of our support team, our teachers are key players in the social-emotional development of our students.

No matter your role - from security guards to music teachers to data analysts - this team puts kids first and seeks to serve God every day.
